I have always been motivated to be an educator; more so, with the solid influence of my past teachers and the strong desire to see our children achieving their fullest potential. I am a very disciplined and hardworking individual who demonstrates commitment to high level of achievements and who frequently work beyond the call of duty. My dedication, remarkable work ethics and excellent leadership abilities, have gained me the respect of those with whom I have interacted.

I have been a past student of Rusea’s High School and is employed to the academic staff for almost three decades; primarily guiding, developing and mentoring students and colleagues. During these years, I worked and garnered experiences in the following capacities: classroom teacher, senior teacher, vice principal and acting principal.

I strive to ensure that students are treated fairly and that we are giving them every possible opportunity to achieve success. My desire is to help students be technologically driven, grow educationally, socially, and emotionally to become productive adults, with the hope that they will value themselves and respect others.
